Complete exterior refurbishment of all window joinery, exterior rendered areas, replacement of windows where decay had gone past reasonable salvage, overhaul of cast iron rain water goods including replacements of specified areas, glazing and leaded light repairs, pointing and brick work repairs, major oak frame structural repairs and replacement to timber frame elevation.

To carry out overhaul of Kent peg roofs, including complete strip off and replacement of one elevation of Kent pegs including makeup of peg tiles.

To carry out oak rafter repairs and plate replacements, to carry out overhaul chimney stacks including smoke tests and new pots were required.

Overhaul / replacement of exterior doors and frames.

To carry out full redecorations of all painted surfaces.

To carry repairs to car park and to boundary wall.
